Im planning to do lefort 1 with maxillary impaction for less midface vertical distance, but my nasolabial angle is 102°(slightly high) and after the lefort Will be even higher. What should I do

Do you have nostril show from frontal?

So you want to get LF1 to further reduce vertical midface length, whilst keeping nasolabial roughly the same
How’s your current midface projection and do you have a gummy smile?
Unironically my midface projection is good , my maxilla is good forward growth but I still manage to have a fuckass long midface (0.9ratio).
And yes I have a slight gummy smile

I don’t know that much tbh man
But from what I visualise, if you have good midface projection then the issue concerning midface length is largely genetic. It’s pretty unfixable too, but from what I’ve noticed.. as long as it’s not due to downgrowth/recession, a long midface is not really a falio

I’d say take a picture of your side and CBCT scan and send it to maxillofacial surgeons on Instagram, asking them what they think.. act like you are a potential customer and heard good reviews about them

ask chatgpt or something
And yes this too
Use the o3 feature, and give your detailed question to it
