question about massater hypertrophy

When doing massater hypertrophy training. Let's say you do it every other day, once you reach desired size. Are you supposed to stop chewing over all? or reduce chewing sessions to like twice a week rather than every other day?

just dont train it untill your masseters decrease again you should still chew hard food and eat well tho

Unless you have outward gonions, training your masseters will just lead to a bloated face, not a chiselled jaw.

Look in the mirror or just touch your gonions, if they go inwards, tough luck, you're one of us...........
