depends on which is worse, if youre already balding and showing arches then get the dermapen with minoxodil.
otherwise tret will fix your skin hugely. i havent tried it but supermarket retinol nuked any skin problems immediately

U don't get it. I want dermapen or dermastamp for my skin, I haven't alopecia
