My hair's natural texture is dry and damaged type,but the second I use a dryer and a round brush it becomes giga smooth and soft like tiktok fags what could be the reason and I don't use any hair products currently . suggest any ?

you have low porosity hair bro, i suggest you start using oils and conditoner or get a buzzcut and work your way up to healthy hair status
