Question about my maxillas?

I was looking at my side profile and they are really quite prominent

Yet I really struggle to get hollow cheeks. Like from the front they just don’t look hollow

I have a pretty good diet and idk why they are not hollow as much as I would want

Idk what u look like .But maybe u lack the zygos and u probably arent lean enough
