question about narrow mouth

does fixing narrow mouth reduce ur hollow cheeks if u have some ?

can invisalign/bsso fix it alone or u really need mse on top of that ?

I had my palate expanded with SARPE
When I smile and my soft tissue is pressed against my lower maxilla, my mouth appears wider than it did before
However when my face is resting, my mouth doesn't appear any wider than it did before
This is because my maxilla is still recessed, hence not pressing against the soft tissue to stretch out my mouth
I'm hoping lefort will make my mouth appear wider
I have never had hollow cheeks so can't comment on that aspect
