Question about necktraining

currently I'm doing these exercises. Isn't it harmful to do them one time every day let's say after waking up? What routine should I stick to?

exercising once per day seems excessive for any muscle group, you need to give time for recovery

Not the neck. The muscles have a lot of androgen receptors and they respond quick to training. I myself have Made a lot of progress with training while i didnt do it everyday.

I do them once a week only but high volume. I find that twice a week is too much and causes some neck strain
 
He is very correct that wrestlers bridges can FUCK U UP MATE!!!!

...So you agree that it shouldn’t be done every day?
 
What about every other day?
I’ve personally never done isolated neck workouts, so I can’t really share my experience. But I’ve been lifting for a long ass time and my experience there would lead me to believe that training any muscle group once per week is enough to stimulate growth. My neck is 17 inches just from doing compound movements like deadlifts, rows, chinups, overhead presses, lateral raises, etc.

Got a Question for you boys will taking roids and going big on the neck exercises give you nice results?

ur neck will grow on gear without training it lol its one of the most responsive muscles to gear
