Question about pimples

I never had Acne as a teen but whenever i had pimples they would be big and white but i would have like at most 3 big white pimples in a day, and sometimes i would have small white pimples but i had max 4 in a day does it mean anything else than hormone changes?

i think my diet was good, i rarely ate fast food ate whatever my grandma cooked but i would eat candy every day so that might be it

yeah could be the cause. just get tret 0,025 or 0,05 for the pimples
