Question about pneumo’s whitening tutorial

I have been considering doing what he did, but i am really scared of enamel damage. I only brush my teeth once a day, and yes i know its disgusting. Since i only brush my teeth so often i have a little sensitive teeth and i was wondering what could the side effects be.

Has anyone tried his tutorial and if so have you gotten any serious damage?

It was fine lol, you're overthinking it, you won't have any super long term damage from it.
