What should I do for my acne/bad skin?

My forehead always had mild acne and it never went away. I've tried CeraVe and it didn't do shit but rather make it worse. I now have still have that mild acne on my forehead and I have mild-moderate acne on my neck, jaw, cheeks and I also got acne on my back for for years.

I'm considering to try adapalene but I've heard from many people that it doesn't work or that it only made their acne worse. Any recommendations? And no I won't hop on acutane before someone says it. It's not worth the risks since my acne isn't severe and not worth the side effects.

exfoliate your fod with clay masks, use anti-inflammatory serums, expose that fod to the sun often, and eat clean.

if you have hair that dangles on your forehead (fringe, whatever) if that section of hair gets greasy, all that oil can transfer to your skin and just make it dirty overall.

don't pick at your skin whatsoever, just going to irritate your skin and spread germs.
if there's a spot which is filled with gunk and near the surface, pop it gently with the clean knuckles of your fingers

cerave is pretty buns, i'd recommend the dr organic charcoal face wash, and then for moisturiser, something light, like a gel cream.

Works to some degree, still doesn't get fully rid of acne. Tried it many times
