Question about ratings.

I am currently in an arguement with a friend that belives the rating system is low/mid/high ltn; mtn; htn; cl and quote "Chad doesn't exist". I belive that there is low/mid/high ltn; mtn; htn and cl with chad. Who is right, me or him?

Chads exist
