so i calculated all my ratios and they are all in the far end of ideal (but still ideal). main problems are unprominent cheekbones which make my esr 47.5 mouth needs to be only a little bit wider etc etc. so lets say i expand like 6 mms (i already got a narrow palate around 36 - 34 mms not sure) would this mean cheekbones increase 6mm in width also? also would it change the IIA angle like 1 degrees
