Question about rhino - Dorsal hump removal on nose

I got a slight dorsal hump...like jason momoa.

So question for the experts out there. my nose is fully symmetrical. If I want the bump removed what are the chances the surgeon will make my nose slightly asymmetrical? I don't want to change the lower part of my nose at all. Just really want to smoothen the small bump i have thats close to my eyes.

2nd question: is there no other way to get to the nasal bone than surgically opening the nose from the inside?

if it isn't bigger than that then it can be filed down without breaking the nose

Asymmetry after rhinoplasty is extremely common. I have it myself. I had a more extensive job though so my nose had to be broken, filed down, then put back together.
