I've been on cabtreo (clindamycin 1.2%, benzoyl peroxide 3.1%, adapalene 0.15%, for 6 months now, I still get cysts and pimples here and there, should I hop on accutane 20mg or 30mg for 6 months at 15?

If its really bad, then yes. Not taking it will lead to bad permanent scaring from the cysts
