Question about supplementing boron

My country doesn't seem to have purely boron supplements, the little bit of boron available in some supplements is mixed with other shit and marketed as joint pain relievers or osteoporosis cures. does anyone know any easy ways to ensure i get 3-6mg of boron daily e.g., foods to eat, unknown supplements, etc.
