Orthodontist gave me 2 solutions (overbite)

1. Make room in upperjaw by sliding molars using beneslider + braces for about 1.5 years
2. braces for 1.5 years then jaw surgery to correct overbite

Which one would be better to choose? overbite isn’t that bad but it does mess with my side profile

First is a form of camouflage more or less it seems. You are shifting teeth around to get your bite working.

Go for the second, always go for the surgical option when offered.
