99.9% of us agree that the criteria for inceldom is not JUST being unable to have sex. Because technically no one can meet the criteria: every man can rape, pay for escorts, engage in bestiality, or have sex with gays. So we say that certain acts are “exempt” from the definition of inceldom, e.g. a man won’t be called a fakecel if he doesn’t rape, and a man is still considered an incel if he has paid sex with prostitutes.
What about the classic example of an overweight man whose bones underneath the fat are good enough to get him laid? Many believe fatcel = volcel.
What about a man who has enough funds in his bank account to pay for a surgery that’d allow him to get in a relationship with a female? Is he a volcel if he doesn’t get surgery?
What about a bisexual ugly manlet who refrains from homosexual behavior because it’s a sin in his religion or he’s just based?
If you think that the guy who chooses not to get surgery is an incel and the bisexual guy isn’t an incel, can you explain how these 2 beliefs are logically consistent?
And what about roiding? Even truecel-tier men might be able to get intimate with females by taking steroids because some women out there have fetishes for roidmaxed men (no matter how facially ugly). So doesn’t this mean that every man who hasn’t tried roidmaxing is technically voluntarily celibate?
Many say the definition of an incel is “a male who’s unable to obtain sex/intimacy/relationship despite his best efforts”, though, as shown in this post, “best efforts” may be too strict a requirement. That definition means that you’re not an incel unless you’ve effortmaxed to the literal maximum. Many say the definiton of an incel is “a male who’s unable to obtain sex/intimacy/relationship despite wanting to”, though I find this definition too broad as it includes too many mentalcels and failed normies who can get laid with some effort.
