I’m planning to do diy aqualyx. Is there a risk of permanent damage if i hit a nerve or some shii? I would do it to the hyoid area. I’ve heard people say its a lot riskier area compared to the cheeks for example, but also have heard people saying its a really safe area. How is it?

Just don’t mess up and the benefit will always be far greater then the risk

submental fat pad js not risky at all unless u got no fat there 6 points 0.5 each one and ur good
