Whats a good method on finding a private orthodontist that wont rely much on a doctors/dentists referral but rather access and deliver themself? As usual doctors/dentists are retards thaat are only capable of giving prescribes and useless checks but almost all orthodontists in sweden require their referal

I have a similar question as him, but a little different. If my current ortho only does MSE(which I'm too old for) and I need MARPE, would getting an referral from an oral surgeon(I have a consult soon), help speed up the process of getting MARPE with another ortho, I only ask because I'm tired of waiting months on end for these appointments.
