it works but it mostly just makes your face swell a shit ton, fucking tried it once and it looked like i got stung by a bee, cheekbones looked big as shit though, gotta be careful abt where ur hitting, thankfully damage went away in 4 days

works for sure, not the way you think, it doesn't grow bone itself, just tissue regenerates stronger hence imitating bone. from my experience, my lip to chin ratio fucking doubled
