What foods should i be avoiding as well as eating to main-gain. I dont want to “dirty bulk” like a retard and bloat my face a fuckton im already boneless. If theres a botb thread on this just link it please I didn’t see one.

There's no specific foods, it's all macros and micros

calculate your calorie intake needed for main-gaining, set a protein intake milestone, set a carb intake milestone, and eat according to it.

Avoid processed slop and unnecessary fat sources and that's about it.

I've no knowledge of macros and micros I just know to not eat a fuck ton of carbs, or only protein like a retard. Where are the threads for twigcels.😢 brutal 129 lbs 5'9 life

If someone dosn't do it by the time I get to it I'm gonna land in botb with a main-gaining guide for twigcel's

I've made one thread for gut health, it's not that good and i gained more knowledge after making it, but decided to not make another one.

I could link it to you in PMS, if you'd like.

But the rundown is, if you're a twigcel, abuse fatty meats.

Grounded beef is great, eggs are good aswell. 500g of ground beef is 1.3k calories and 130g of protein. You can eat that in one sitting and it shouldn't cost you more than 4-5 bucks.

Carbs are good and you shouldn't necessarily avoid them (as long as they're clean), potatoes, rice, and fruit sugar gives good energy.

avoid all fried foods, focus on whole foods, mainly animal based proteins
