does the time u got to sleep effect anything? im aware u need atleast 8 hrs of sleep n wtv but does it matter what times u sleep? another thing; does back sleeping actually DO anything past the age of like 14, ive always thought of it as mewing and only matters when ur young asf but that might be coping w the fact im find it impossible to sleep on my back (any tips to deal w that?). One last thing is what r some non prescription products or wtv i can take to make me sleep easier or be down for longer?

back sleeping is cope just change side every day, one good supplement to support sleep is magnesium bisglycinate and yes the time when you sleep afffects your circadian rhythm best is (8-11)
