- How long did it take for you to start seeing progress, and what was ur dose?

For me, I started seeing results in 2-3 weeks, 40mg per day. Eventually increased to 80-120mg. Just remain consistent and remember to take omega 3 + vitamin d + k2 daily.

nice man. I’mm a bit over three weeks in now, no noticeable difference yet but i’ll just trust the progress. And i’m on 30mg btw.

It's completely individual. Don't worry about having an expected timeframe, just take it for as long as you need with no quantitative expectations i.e., no acne by x date.

No it was fairly mild, I however had acne on my face, back, shoulders, and chest. Once again it was mild, but it was basically everywhere. For people with conditions like mine I recall the optimal cumulative dose was 220-290mg/kg to ensure long term remission, so my daily dose needed to be fairly high.

20 mg for 3 months and 10 mg for 2 months i wish i had taken it before, whatever i have f scars i hate them

Bro under 20mg is pretty much micro dose. Uou should definetly increase it to 20mg if you still have acne.

20-30 will be good for you ig i had acne more worse than this and its gone its better to start fast because of scars also do blood test every 2-3 m and youll be fine
