feel like you want close human connection with someone
feel like a loser (this one is only if you aren't a loser)
these feelings usually come with a desire to socialize. I suspect friend-havers have these feelings as well, whatever "alone in a crowd of people" means, so it's the wrong root cause. If there was some sort of deep connection/real friend/sense of community it might be different but obviously that's not what going outside gets you.
