Is Upper, lower, upper, rest then repeat too much frequency? Should I have two rest days? So upper, lower, upper, rest, rest then repeat.

I like to do one rest day just do lower volume on the second upper day

2x6 is usually the best tbh

just hit each muscle group 2x a week
2 sets to failure but try get 6-8 reps in
