Their shoulders look to be on pretty much equal ground to me, maybe 1 inch maximum of difference in shoulder level.
Also shoulders are not an indicator of height, other person can have a larger skull or longer neck.

I agree with this, timberland dude is a legit 185 cm, which would make other guy a legit 187 cm, his shoes are not that flat also, they're running shoes.

Agreed, google lists him as 190cm, but he is not even a legit 188cm in my opinion, around 187.

Ik and it can be a bitch at times. But because im so height obsessed i can usually tell who’s in the 6’6-6’8 range and that’s usually when the top of my head is at someones nose

Easy to tell people in that range, they are always freaky giant like looking, at 6'5 is when that giant tier starts.

Tbh I don't feel mogged by taller individuals, I find 6'1-6'3 height to be an ideal range in which I am of course.

I think the 6’6-6’9 range is ideal for towering and mogging but also not having any complications too tho that does depend on the individual

Perhaps If someone wants to tower over people, then yes the taller the better.
I prefer 6'1-6'3 range because I believe It looks the most aesthethic especially clothes fit the best, frame still doesn't suffer at this height, you can build up a decent physique without roiding in many cases, your agility and coordination still doesn't suffer as much, way less chances to have knee or spine injuries, not that high center of gravity, you don't become slow and reflex time is still good, also at those giant heights there's much higher chance of having facial deformities like for example large noses and they usually got those strange giant people voices.
Also to mention 6'1-6'3 always feels like main character height where you are tall but you ain't defined by the height.
Last but not least, no female will ever reject you for being 6'1-6'3 ever, so It's enough for that.

I live in country with average height of 5’8.5
People usually say they are 2 inches taller than they really are
Im 5’8 for example and most people around my height claim 5’10 even girls exaggerate their height same way

People like to cope with lies, makes them feel better I suppose.
I remember when there was a guy who my father asked randomly how tall is he, he claimed 190cm or 6'3, while he was barely taller than my 5'11 father and clearly shorter than me at 6'2, even my father cringed at his claim, but said nothing. I've noticed many women are sadists who like to emasculate men that are shorter than them, especially tall ones that are insecure at being too tall.
