Question for high iq ppl (memory palace)

if you really are high iq im sure you are familiar with the memorization method, memory palace.

Im relatively new to this and have some questions i was hoping you might be able to answer:

when people described memory palace to me they always used a word as an example. like the word apple, but what if i wanted to memorise my chores for the day, or what if i wanted to memorise how to set up a tent etc...
