Just getting to 10-12% body fat. Make sure to train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw, it helps out mildly.

If still not visible, do the classic 'debloat' routine: keto, high potassium to sodium ratio, hydrate.

Even if then you don't have hollow cheeks, it's likely a structural issue. Hollow cheeks are pretty rare.

I am 14% bf I mean I have visible and good jawline but no hollow checks I mean are slightly hollow but very slightly

first step is having good gonions and good zygomatic lateral projection:feelsgood:
then drop bf

My side is this I can lower bf by 2-3% for a while to drop to 12%

2026 and we are still coping with muh exercises ...

If you are low bf and still no hollow cheeks then only plastic surgery can get you there or "fat dissolvers" ig... Most looksmaxxing influencers are just cheek biting on tiktok, they dont have hollow cheeks.

If it were really that easy to get hollow cheeks with exercises or whatever, dont you think everyone would have them by now? Its such a desired feature among men.

I think it's one of them things that are genetic and based on ones unique bone structure, fat distribution, and the way your facial tissues are positioned and connected. Occasionally I even see a fat ass with hollow cheeks and sharp face angles etc.

Yeah, hollow cheeks are rare and usually genetic.

If you have unideal fat distribution (chubby face even debloated at a low bf%) then you'd have to use fat dissolvers or something of the like.

Having prominent lateral zygo growth is pretty important, among other things.

However, getting lean will still make your face more angular and masculine, even if it doesn't give you hollow cheeks.

that's probably one of them. I looked into this loads many years ago. I felt like there was a combination of things that would at least improve the odds. Things like decent jaw angles, zygo growth, natural tendency to not store fat in the face, and there was also other little 'ingredients' that I never quite nailed down, but I think it might have been to do with your palate and your molars (didn't some models used to remove certain teeth to encourage the hollow cheek look?) and finally likely something to do with how the tissue genetically 'connects' too each other in that general area

Like, having a wide palate is generally a good, desirable thing, but I think maybe from a pure 'hollow cheek' point of view, it might be better to have a smaller palate but good cheekbones, creating a contrast. I guess with that description (good cheekbones, small palate) you'd be looking at someone like jonny depp

Oh yeah, I've heard some people say that having chasms at the corner of your mouth when you smile (which is unideal, ideally you want a 10-tooth hollywood smile for smile aesthetics, like Margot Robbie) means that you have more 'space' for hollow cheeks or something? Not sure.

Also I've heard taller skulls are better for hollow cheeks. A wide palate can help as if you get MARPE, you also get upward and outward rotation of the zygos, which would influence lateral zygo projection, thus making you more likely to have hollow cheeks.

But I'm not sure myself.

Wisdom teeth removal I heard is something that maybe improve the hollow checks but maybe is a myth . I saw a picture of Jordan Barrett ( btw this guy is on some hardmax for sure ) that some of his teeth are removed and the latest years his hollow cheeks improved dramatically

The babyfat is more importantly buccal and sometimes the buccinator to be more specific
