what helped with your executive dysfunction? Was it mostly finding the right medication, or was it a mental change you had to make on your own? Or both

I got borderline so I don’t really feel it and I don’t want to take the meds they’re gonna suppress my apetite

that’s fair, I’m on 50mg of Vyvanse currently it’s not like noticeable as people make it to be
