Tbh this discussion is complicated and I'm retarded for asking. When it comes to social anxiety, interpersonal problems, and maybe things like cptsd(and this DEPENDS), then looks help bc muh feedback loop from being ugly which causes these problems.

However ocd, schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorders, personality disorders, ASD and some forms of clinical depression are unfixeable.

But then again fixing your looks suddenly wouldn't fix the former group of 'mental illnesses' as being an ugly for so long causes these things to become a part of your identity and thus permanent. So I've looped back to my original point after disagreeing with it?

A slightly autistic ltn will choose the former option

A schizophrenic ltn will choose the latter
