question for people who clip streamers how are you able to watch without blowing your brains out

Im just now getting back into clipping streamers (mostly kick streamers) I have a decent size page on tiktok and i get good views and i was able to make money before but i stopped for a while. And honestly i really cant do it anymore. Watching streamers on kick and in general is so boring and it just gives me a headache everytime. And it always takes hours before they actually do something thats clip worthy. The only streamers im able to watch without cringing is lospollos and cuffem. people like clavicular and deenthegreat genuinely make me wanna end my life trying to force myself to watch there streams.

not 100% sure but i think they all automate ts with ai, or they search up like for example "IShowSpeeds recent stream highlights" or sum bs and i guess use one of those apps that clips it for u (not gonna name it cuz then its advertising ) and then post it on tiktok youtube whatever but idk if this is for sure
