In the near future, I should have enough money to support a better diet. As a picky eater who doesn’t like anything, I’m going to have to learn to meal prep chicken and steak to lower my sodium. For the past few years, my sodium intake has been around 6000-7000mg daily. Using excessive taco seasoning on ground beef for the tacos that I eat plus the tortillas have added up to extreme amounts of sodium. What should I expect that isn’t completely obvious? Will my eye area change at all? Will it become worse with potential loss of hooding? If anyone has had a similar thing and successfully debloated, let me know if there’s anything I should expect that I wouldn’t expect. Also, do I NEED to do more than just lower sodium and cardio?

Need pics

Lowering your sodium intake will debloat maybe try increasing potassium intake

Cardio is always good, your going to lose body fat if you truly do what you say and be consistent

Doubt you will lose your hooded eyes as people have them regardless of bodyfat

I would provide pictures if I didn’t look sub human in a picture taken by myself, but an example of my concerns includes my hooding feeling super squishy and not as firm as other people’s looks. And I can’t afford to lose that because I think I’d descend horribly since my under eye support is horrendous. Also it could be a combination of some slight recession, I don’t think I’m “recessed” but definitely don’t have adequate forward growth due to my narrow palate/maxilla.
