Question for people who want to undergo extensive surgeries: Are you not afraid of looking "fake"?

Looking unnatural is straight up the biggest failo.

Many people here talk about getting 3+ major surgeries, I mean, theres a pretty big chance you're gonna look unnatural as hell. (There also is a chance you're not)

What are you going to do if a surgery doesent have the aesthetic outcome you thought it would have? I believe that almost noone on this site has enough knowleage to be able to predict and plan surgeries to that extent, that getting multiple wont look bad.
