Question for pro-abortion people

If a pregnant woman is walking in public and a random man intentionally kicks her hard in the stomach and kills the fetus inside her, what punishment should this man get?

Fetuses are just a bunch of cells, they aren’t a baby anyway, so the punishment shouldn’t be much different from someone kicking a none pregnant woman right?

I know there isn’t much pro abortion people here but I wonder how they would answer this

There is a different charge than murder called “fetal homicide”.

Abortion isn’t black and white, you can support disabled fetuses being aborted and not support healthy ones

That’s not what being “pro-choice” means, it means a woman is free to do whatever she wants with her body including killing whatever inside her

It’s still not ok to abort disabled fetuses though, unless you are ok with killing disabled babies
