Question for religious users: If 13 year olds can't consent to sex, is it not a sin for them to fornicate?

If a 13 year old is minding their business, and some random adult grabs them and pins them down and rapes them, it wouldn't be a sin on the 13 year old's part because they didn't consent to the sex.

So if they participate in the sex voluntarily though, is it still not a sin? Because according to agecucks, they "can't consent", even if they wanted the sex and willingly participated

btw let's assume the sex is outside of marriage. because sex in marriage isn't a sin of course

it is a sin, in fact, any type of sex outside of marriage is a sin. Of course, very few Christians adhere to this law, it's the one that gets brushed aside.

In Islamic law the rapist deserves death punishment, end of the story. Something similar happened on the time of the Prophet (alayhi a salat wa salam) and they punished by death the rapist.

It is according to the three famous monotheist religions a sin since it's fornication, in Islam's case the punishment are 100 lashes (some claim they are to be light lashes, not sure about it tho, need to do more research)
