When you hard mew, do you use all your facial muscles and neck? Do you look like this? Or do you not? I watched some video about a dude saying that you shouldn't tense your neck like this but when I don't then my pressure on the palate is much weaker. I wasted 2.25 years soft mewing without backthird and barely got any result. I could've ascended by now if I wasn't a fucking retard.

This is an accurate description of how i look while hard mewing.
I don’t do hard mewing anymore because i’m married now and don’t want my wife to think somethings wrong with me. Hopefully i’ll be able to maintain my progress with soft mewing and chewing only.
