So next year i'm gonna study. And i'm wondering how studying there as a foreigner from Holland is.

Is housing afforable. Amsterdam room that's 10m2 is 600 euro per month.
Is studying itself free?
I'm gonna pick either
European Studies, Film Academy/art study, Scandi Language or History.

tagging the scandis i know tbh

Studying in Norway is free no matter what if you have previous education and stuff, also do not go to Oslo they suck cock over there and it's expensive Bergen or Trondheim is a better bet

Alright, yeah i kinda expected that from Oslo but i'll look into those places. Thanks brö

Depends which city u study in
I pay 640 euro just for my apartment alone and that's cheap.
A room that size is anywhere from 300-700 euro
The cheapest is living at a place made for students, but theres often a year or more wait time and u gonna share kitchen and possibly bathroom

I believe not sure though, heard different things from foreigners but being in EU maybe.
Think you just gonna get what you can from NL goverment or the Scandinavian.

But loans are also a possibility, they have a low rate here

Students, along with foreign students, get money from the government when studying in Norway. Oslo is very expensive city, and it’s hard to find a place to live there, but Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim and Tromsø all have universities. The biggest is in Trondheim, and the second largest is in Oslo. If you’re planning to live in Oslo or other Norwegian cities, I would recommend renting a cellar apartment in people’s houses because many people here have an extra apartment in their house that they rent, and it’s much cheaper than renting an apartment in a block in the city. Studying in Norway is largely free, except a small semester fee of about 75 €, but varies from university. Tbh, I would recommend the University in Oslo because it’s the most well known, has a lot of studies and is the university in the capital, and it has much more variety in studies than other universities in the Kingdom. Studies of the arts and languages are much more prevalent and better there.
