It's been 12 days now that I've been taking 20mg a day (60kg), I have a huge outbreak of pimples, like I've never had before, my face is now horrible (my cheeks), did it happen the same way for you the first few days? and when will it stop? thx <3

hello, the purge is over, 90% of the scars are gone lol, 4 more months of accutane!

some people experience worsening at the beginning of accutane and it goes away, me personally i was getting better from the very start, but i had medium to severe acne when i started doing accutane and have tried everything else without results

I have been taking accutane for two months now and I have no side effects except for the fact that my lips are slightly drier than usual. I am afraid that the treatment is not working on me because my body is not reacting.

my experience was that I didn't get any purging but my skin got very dry and acne got inflamed for a few days, extremely chapped lips permanently but it was worth it to get permanent clear skin

Accutane cleared my skin, just have scarring left to deal with HOWEVER I have suffered extremely chapped dry lips, flakey skin and worst of all, puffy red inflamed eyes and eyelids which hopefully will go away with time and aren't permanent.
