For those who have had surgery, (e.g implants / bimax etc.).

How long is the surgery process from initially contacting the surgeon to going under the knife?

It depends mostly on orthodontic treatment. If you're going with surgery first approach then technically you could get it as soon as the surgeon is ready and has an open spot for you (could even be 1 month from 1st consult to looking like this mf)

I had SARPE 2.5 months after my first consult

It depends bro, if you are going for a bimax as a surgery first canidate you can be ready for surgery within a month when you factor in everything.

Custom Implants take under a month to create and deliver to your surgeon.

It you are not a surgery first canidate it may take 8-18 months to prepare your jaw including extractions ect.

I had to take the long route and had to get orthodontics first for 12 months.
