Question for those who think surgery is the way to ascend

Any example of post high invasive surgery where the before isn’t ugly and went from avg to above average relatively to that surgery issue. So not from deformity to avg but from avg to above avg, high invasive surgery fixing purely aesthetic issues

Legit if we take this before pic of him but look at him here I assume it’s before he had done anything and even younger than the before pic you posted and he looks almost the same attractiveness wise as after but just older if we compare him this way
