no , not once actually but im off of it now unltil the thread from @NarcyChadlite comes where he explains more of the harm it can do. I didnt consume it every workout just the ones were i was gonna go heavy af. I was scared af tho some of the sessions because of insane heartrate from the heavy scary shit + the dmaa+ a shit load of caffeine
