you can definitely, if the surgeon gets the lateralisation component correct (basically, how much of the side part of the face is visible from the front). Often I see this is what is lacking in jaw angle implants, they either go overboard or ignore this part)

still, one major issue with implants is that in naturally well-grown faces, the bones and ratios change in tandem

implants to correct major downward growth can indeed look uncanny.

he wanted a big ramus but it doesn't look good on his face... is way too big (peek gonial angle implants). So everything must be balanced
