Is it possible for short parents to have a tall child. Say for example the parents are 5'5-5'6 and the child is 6'3 assuming that the grandparents were average height?
Some examples would also help
Also how tall does a boy have to be at 15 for him to grow to a height of say 6 foot?

at 15? who knows bro, my friend went from 5'4 to 5'7 over summer but his dad is like 6'1. just depends on how developed you are. but if you are basically average development maybe 5'10 5'10.5?

Yes, sometimes for various reasons a person can grow taller than his parents.

Yes, but the more likely answer is your father isn't your real father. It's super common for the woman to get the alpha seed and let the beta bucks cuck raise it with his resources. Therefore thank your mommy for following her instincts. I'm glad my mother did the same with some viking skull looking thug who later tried to kill her but it was worth it. I could be taller though.

Yes, though I’d wager they’d have to have at least one tall guy in their family (great-grandad for instance)

My aunt and uncle are like 5'2" and 5'5" and they have a 5'7" son and a 6'6" son lmao

Yes my mom and dad are 5'9 each and I am 6'2, and I even tested to see if they were my biological parents because I don't look anything like them

My mom is 5'2, my dad is 5'9

I am 6'2

Genetic recombination, also how tall your mother is, if your mother have similar height to your father so you will for sure mogs both at least in 3 in ~+

I don't look anything like my father or mother, im tall than both

Oh god

Answering to your second questions since everyone responded to the first.
It depends on bone age of the child and basically puberty stage, considering growth plates close at average of 17 years, you would need to be at least 5’9 at 15 years old.

My moms 5’6” and my dads 5’10” and I turned out to be 6’2”. Height boils down to grandfathers height for the most part. My grandfather was 6’9” and thankfully his tall genes passed on to everyone except my dad lmao. All my uncles are atleast 6’2.5”

Yes man, it's really random. My parents are both 5'3.5" and I'm 6'1".

My grandad is 5'6" and my grandma is around 5'4". My dad is 6'2".
