Question: Is it possible to use a username of a person's account that has been deleted a long time ago?

Curious because some of the taken names I originally wanted to use were actually take by other users of the past obviously... Some have even deleted their account (so are those names open?).
Just curious if it's worth me getting VIP eventually just to change it lol.
