(Question) Leg length and Torso measurement to avg height is there a website were I could find this data?

Title, I want a website to see if legs are short for my height for long etc and do I have a torso of lets say a 5'9 (measured in cms).

like this, guy has (I think) legs of a 5'9 guy but a torso length of a 6'8 guy. I want to find a website which tells me what length (either true leg length or torso length) that corresponds to avg height.

(maybe wrong section asking for a website, so repost)
