With all respect to his good looks, I want to look like this after surgeries but with a 12 tooth smile, better hairline, less upturned, slightly narrower nose and slightly more compact midface (already have this). It's a morph, only the eyes are mine. Weightloss, cheekbone reduction, rhino, corner lip lift and custom implants (forehead, lateral supras, jaw, infraorbital malar) should give me a very similar look.
