We know that the midpalatal suture expands the palate and face. What about the forward move of the palate? Even if the midpalatal suture is closed, is it still possible to move forward instead of widening? Can ways like mewing and hardmewing really move the palate forward?
After 19? Because my maxilla width is very good, but my maxilla recessed. That's my only problem and that's why I'm not considering MSE.
