3 months on accutane 20mg 3x per week and tret 0.05%, and it’s genuinely the greatest thing I ever did. My skin hasn’t looked this clear in years. Regardless of that, should I switch tret with taz and start microneedling?

up tretinoin to 0.1% and see how it is for you
then switch to taz
