I have a downward-grown face and am debating whether to undergo TAD-supported molar intrusion to achieve counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation, potentially paired with MARPE. Does this combination effectively achieve CCW rotation? If not, what alternatives would you recommend aside from bimaxillary surgery?
