It's called palate expander and it works without surgery you idiot.
Google palate expander adults you Kruger

Well it depends. Age, how you mew, how much of a change are you reffering too (which is very hard to track). You need a lot of back third pressure to change the eye area, but it will improve for sure.

Palate expander produces dental movement in adults, not skeletal. How about you actually do some research before spreading misinformation... retard.

@Pupur why do you think back third focus? The state of the art is maxillary expansion back (soft palate) and forward growth front (hard palate). More direct pressure to the zygomatic bones maybe?

There's no evidence that the maxilla actually changed. His teeth just moved outwards due to the palate expander. Low IQ uninformed Dunning Kruger.

The evidence is there if you're not blind.

It's not there. You just keep hitting new lows. This is hilarious. You're just making yourself look bad at this point by replying with 0 evidence or value and 100% ad hominem.

Lmao if you actually can't see that his palate expanded using a maxillary palate expander. Read the Nature article.

The back third raises and works on the middle upper face area, where the eyes are. If you put pressure only on the hard palate, you will just move lf1 area forward. Which is nice, but you want both

Go upgrade your brain.
bro he is 33 yo so that why he is saying mewing is not working jfl(at least do something useful"research") you should have money and do surgery :lul::y'all:
